SEF Grant Process
1. Intent to Apply (Deadline: Feb 5th, 2021)
SEF requires applicants to complete an Intent to Apply form. The Intent to Apply is a pre-application idea submission which the SEF board will review to ensure that the grant request will comply with SEF’s funding guidelines. Intent to Apply forms will be evaluated on a rolling basis and may be submitted any time before February 5th, 2021.
**Please note that an Intent to Apply approval does not guarantee funding.**
2. Intent to Apply Responses Provided
The SEF Board will provide feedback to Intent to Apply submissions within 30 days of submission.
3. Grant Application Submission (Deadline: April 5, 2021)
Completed Applications must be submitted to SEF no later than March 6, 2020. Each application received will be reviewed by the SEF Board.
4. Notification of Decision (June 1, 2021)
The SEF Board will notify applicants of the grant decision via electronic mail. Each year’s grant recipients will be posted to the SEF website. Funding requests can be submitted at any time over the year but must be submitted by May 31, 2021.

Mini Grants (Value $500 or less): Applications may be submitted anytime during the school year
